After Your QHHT® Session
After your session, you will receive a recording of your session, which carries the frequency of the SC (Subconscious). It is very important to listen to this recording as much as possible to support and reinforce the healing and integration process.

To prepare for your Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)® session, please come with a calm and open mindset so you can fully relax into the process.
Get a good night’s rest so you arrive feeling refreshed and clear-minded.
Avoid alcohol or recreational substances for at least 24 hours before your session.
Eat a light meal beforehand to ensure comfort during our time together.
Bring a printed or handwritten list of personal questions you would like to explore. These can relate to life direction, relationships, emotional patterns, health, or any areas where you are seeking clarity.
Wear comfortable clothing, as you will be lying down for the hypnosis portion of the session. Natural, breathable fabrics are preferred—such as cotton, linen, wool, or silk. Please try to avoid synthetic materials when possible for optimal comfort.
Please also avoid wearing heavy perfumes or colognes, as strong scents can be distracting in a close therapeutic setting.

A full QHHT session typically lasts 4 to 6 hours, and in some cases slightly longer depending on the individual.
The structure is generally:
Interview: approximately 2 hours
Hypnosis session: approximately 2 hours
Post-session integration: 30 minutes to 1 hour

Every person is naturally capable of entering a hypnotic state. Hypnosis is not something that needs to be “forced” or achieved—it is a natural state of focused relaxation and inward attention that humans experience every day without realizing it.
If this concern comes up, it usually reflects a misunderstanding of what hypnosis actually is.
In clinical and experiential terms, hypnosis is a shift in brainwave activity and conscious awareness, where the analytical mind becomes quieter and the subconscious mind becomes more accessible. From a neurophysiological perspective, the brain naturally moves through different states throughout the day:
Beta state – normal waking consciousness, logical thinking, external focus
Alpha state – relaxed awareness, light trance, imagination and daydreaming
Theta state – deeper relaxation, meditative awareness, intuitive imagery
Delta state – deep sleep and full physical restoration
In a QHHT® session, you are gently guided into deep alpha and theta states, where the conscious mind relaxes and the subconscious can communicate more clearly. This is the same natural state people enter when they are drifting into sleep or just beginning to wake up.
A common everyday example of hypnosis is when you become so absorbed in your thoughts, music, or inner reflection that time passes and you are no longer fully tracking your external surroundings, yet you remain completely safe and functional. This is a normal trance state the brain enters naturally throughout the day.
The process is designed to support deep relaxation so that the subconscious mind can express itself freely. There is no requirement to “try harder” or “believe correctly.” Hypnosis is an innate human capacity, and every person can access it when they feel relaxed, safe, and willing to follow gentle guided imagery.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, or you may choose to pay the full session fee upfront at the time of booking.
If you choose to pay the deposit only, the remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, or Venmo.
If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please make sure to include their details and their email address so they can receive all necessary booking confirmation and session information.
